Airport Pick up / Drop off - Arrive and leave with the confidence knowing someone will be there for you at the time arranged and you won’t be left stranded or have to haggle over the price.
Snagging/Inventory - We will visit your property at your request and check it against any informaton you have given us i.e. developers specifications, furrniture package list. We'll make a list of what doesn't look right/list what is in the property, take photos of problems and send you a report.
Key Holding - We will hold spare keys securely. This can be useful if you are renting out your property or in case of emergencies (lost keys).
Decorating Services - If any of your rooms or the exterior of your home is in need of a new coat of paint and you don’t want to do it yourself talk to us.
Project Management - Managing a renovation, new build or builders! remotely can be difficult. Our own project management experience can help you here. An example of a high specification new build, recently project managed by us and now for sale, is pictured on the right.
Independent Eyes and Ears - If you are in the process of looking for a property your agent may have selected a number of properties for you to view. We can check them out before you waste time and money on your trip. We will provide a ‘warts and all’ appraisal and photographs of the property and area ahead of your visit so you can make more informed choices on how to spend your time.
