We are a British owned and managed company who operate from Marinka (just south of Bourgas). We learned from our own experience of buying a home in Bulgaria (in 2003) that purchasing and caring for an overseas property can be made stress free if you are confident that your home is properly managed and cared for. We use what we learned to give others this confidence.
With PH Properties you choose the type of property management service you need to suit your own requirements. Our most popular services range from flexible 'pay as you go' visits, cleaning services through to yearly Home Care packages. We also provide practical help (when needed) and a number of addtional services such as Welcome Packs.
